The document required for the registration of vehicles sold by public institutions and organizations [e.g. (TASIS, EGM, TSK) etc.] is called “HIGHWAY CONFORMITY” certificate. Applications for the certificate of HIGHWAY CONFORMITY are made only by engineering companies that have an authorized technical responsible certificate.

The price of the document varies according to the type and model of the vehicle and the procedures to be performed. For the year 2024, the TSE vehicle inspection fee is 2,952.89 TL. The service fee provided by the engineering firm is also added to this fee.

Registration of Vehicles without Road Conformity Certificate
Vehicles without a road conformity certificate cannot be registered and therefore cannot be put on the road.
