What is Road Conformity Certificate?

The document required for the registration of vehicles sold by public institutions and organizations [e.g. (TASIS, EGM, TSK) etc.] is called “HIGHWAY CONFORMITY” certificate. Applications for the certificate of HIGHWAY CONFORMITY are made only by engineering companies that have an authorized technical responsible certificate.
A road conformity certificate is a document required for a vehicle to be used in traffic. Road Conformity Certificate Prices

The price of the document varies according to the type and model of the vehicle and the procedures to be performed. For the year 2024, the TSE vehicle inspection fee is 2,952.89 TL. The service fee provided by the engineering firm is also added to this fee.

Validity Period of Road Conformity Certificate

The road conformity certificate is valid for 10 years from the date of approval.
Renewal of the Certificate after Vehicle Modification

After significant changes have been made to the vehicle (e.g. engine change, color change), the road conformity certificate must be obtained again.
Registration of Vehicles without Road Conformity Certificate
Vehicles without a road conformity certificate cannot be registered and therefore cannot be put on the road.
